Part-Time Customer Service position working directly with customers, approximately 25 hours weekly.

Age requirement 18+

Requires availability on weekends and evenings.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service
• Completion of Daily, Weekly, and Task-specific Checklists
• Phone and Computer Usage
• Operation of Point of Sale and other Electronic Tools
• Clean and Organize Store at a High Standard
• Merchandise and Arrange Product
• Assist in Organizing and Managing In-Store Events
• Pulling Merchandise and Completing Orders for Pickup
• Assist in Shipping and Receiving
• Solicitation of Event Attendance and Preorders
• Evaluating Products for Trade-In and Preparing Quotes

This position requires the ability to bend, lift, and carry heavy items, as well as crouch and stand for extended periods. Additionally, it involves regular and accurate use of computers, phones, and other electronic devices.

Successful candidate will be enthusiastic, intelligent, hard-working, have an extraordinary attention to detail and stable work history.

Customer service and till experience preferred. Experience and knowledge of video games past and present, and familiarity with board games, RPG's, TCG's, and other hobbies a plus.
